I sent 2 help tickets to ning on monday, and no one has replied to me. It is now Friday.... way more than 48 hours.

What were your tickets about? I've just seen an earlier unanswered topic of yours about featured answers not appearing on the member listing pages. This is a result of some infrastructure changes we've made, but we're aware of it and are working on getting them back.

I don't want to have to wait another 2 weeks to get some answer... can you guys please track my tix number better and answer withing the time you say... at most 48 hours or 72 hours?? thanks!
