What were your tickets about? I've just seen an earlier unanswered topic of yours about featured answers not appearing on the member listing pages. This is a result of some infrastructure changes we've made, but we're aware of it and are working on getting them back.
Is the problem you're having relating to the featured answer not showing up on the member listing pages, or something else? Please let me know.

So after 2 weeks of waiting for a response, they completely answered something completely different, now I have to write the question again.
I don't want to have to wait another 2 weeks to get some answer... can you guys please track my tix number better and answer withing the time you say... at most 48 hours or 72 hours?? thanks!
