Many of us have been driven nuts by our members with iPhones or iPads not being able to upload photos when they are using our sites via full web version or mobile version.
Well my friends, that problem is solved thanks to the release of the new iOS 6. I recommend telling your members to upgrade the operating systems of their phones that way they can fully enjoy your sites.

NING this is big for you guys and you should see a new level of excitement with your platform. Excited.

Permalink Reply by Ceddy J on October 4, 2012 at 2:43am Yes indeed. This is why shared this, because I noticed no one made mention of it yet, but I keep a watchful eye on this issue. So the moment I found out I rushed right over here.

Unfortunately, this upgrade also destroys a lot of the smooth functioning of the phone and ipad. Neither my phone, nor my ipad (both being the newest models behind iphone 5), have been the same since, turning completely sluggish, constant connectivity issues, threw all of my apps out of their folders, and generally sucks. I hope Apple releases some fixes, but they usually don't take responsibility for their bugs and mishaps, so I'm not holding my breath. As much as I love a few of their products, the myth of "it just works" is an hilarious notion.
Permalink Reply by Ceddy J on October 4, 2012 at 3:44pm Let me not I HAVE NOT AND DO NOT PLAN ON BUYING APPLE DEVICES! This is good information to know as far as our networks as a whole. I can't help I have Apple users who use my network, so to find this out helps some. The Hype behind "it just works" is exactly why I don't go Apple. My alarm clock just works, but if the power goes out what do I do now lol

Either way this is good to know. Haven't tried yet but hopefully the Blog and Forum functions work better on the devices.
