IP Banning Coming?

So I am being HIGHLY speculative but I'm throwing it out there based on this screen shot from the Language Editor. Perhaps IP Banning and Email Domain Blocking is coming? Maybe I'm wrong but thought I would throw the idea out there.

I figured that but you never know, could of been remnants of a scrapped project from way back when. Just decided to search for 'ban email' today and pulled this up in there. Woohoo!

its possible but its also possible its part of the auto spam prevention wich might ban you the creators ip if say you run a sitemap crawl too fast

im not sure if this is related to a upcoming admin feature or not although the language seems like it maybe ..so i hope it is! its definatelyt helpful to say the least

but to say it will end spams 100% untrue almost all spams done tjrough proxies and even if u ban a million ips they wont beaffected

my dating site extention has ip banning  and i ban like 20 a day and theres 20 more exactly the same the next day
