Very difficult, almost impossible to keep everyone out. You can have some deterrents for regular users, but if you have any skills.... you can get around them.

No, it is not possible to stop people, entirely. However, the right-click will help with images, and you may find this service helpful for copying content:

Several of my Clients use Tynt copy/paste script. After installing in your Custom Code box, and a site Visitor copies content from your site, it adds "Read more" + your site URL.
Tynt at least makes it aggravating for someone to copy/paste content from your site. And, increases your chances of links back to your site.
