Is it possible to reverse the order that replies to a forum post are displayed ie latest first?

I think the question says it all, but.....

Replies within a discussion are ordered such that the most recent post on a discussion with a lot of replies ends up at page 10 or whatever.

I want to create a forum thread to allow people to update the status (rideability due to weather, maintenance, closure etc) of a mountain bike track.

I and most other members of my site would want to see the most recent status change first.  Can the order of the replies to a thread be reversed at all?

we used to be able to do that, and hadn't noticed until now that it is no longer possible.

I agree.  We were able to reverse the order and now I can't find that option anymore. Very frustrating.  The most recent reply is like on page 28.....not good

I agree, it makes no sense to have the latest reply on page 10 for most threads

Any update ont this?  My community is begging me to reverse the order for the posts so that the latest posts show first.

This has me just scratching my head. It's so counter intuitive and none of my members understand why this is set up this way. I am a pro user and it's impossible for me or my students and members to keep up with threads. No other forum list the OLD posts first. And yes...you are charging us for this service.....

I've tried every "remedy" you've suggested in the forum to no avail.

For me and for my members is counter intuitive see the new ones first. Old posts first is more logical.

I also have PRO and have a ton of complaints about the backward way the comments are listed.  AS IF I can change it.   Settings and then features only works in all the other categories, not forums.  I cannot imagine why forums isn't included.
