Is there a guide to using the new Design Studio I can put up for members?

I have been looking around for a while and although I have seen guides and a video for Network Creators on using this new Design Studio

(there was nothing wrong with the old way in my opinion and I'd rather just have our old music player you took away back)

I cannot find anything about using it that is for the members. Is anything available that I can put up as a blog for them?

We have quite a lot of members who had taken time and trouble with their page appearance which they lost with this new Design Studio and I would like to help them get back to where they were in the first place as much as possible.

Hi Jill! Good point, we have Help articles on the design studio at the network level. We'll work on updating information soon for member profile pages.

While I am here I am wondering if you know why I am not getting network notification messages for quite a while now? I have the boxes ticked to recieve everything in settings but do not get any notifications and have to keep looking on the latest activity all the time to see who needs replies. Also the broadcast message about the new Design Studio being available that I sent round has not been delivered and another broadcast message a while ago did not get delivered. The only thing that seems to work is the share with all members message facility.

 

Can you help with this problem at all?

Hi Jill,

Have you double-checked your spam/junk mail folders? That's where mine ended up going all of a sudden. Had to mark them as 'not spam'. Then things returned to normal.
