Many of our members ask us the admins to help them set up their privacy and content moderation settings properly. The only way I understand we can do is by asking them to share their login details with us so we can log in as the member. Is there any way to change/override members' settings as admin or Network Creator? We don't want to interfere in members' profiles or content (as long as they fall within Ning and our terms), but members are often not savvy or careful enough to take care of these settings, and ask us for help when things go wrong. For example, one member has unwittingly made her blog "private" so no one comment on it, and she'd like our help in fixing it. We are hesitant to ask for her login details...
Any way out?
