Is There A Way To Make My Websites Tagline A URL?

My site is all about uploading videos, so I was wondering if there was any possible code that would allow me to make the tagline into a URL that takes members to

"http://themoshpit.ning.com/video/video/addEmbed"

when they click on it. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
