That kind of page we find on lots of websites called download center.
Is it possible to create a download page on a Ning website?
I'd appreciate any ideas even if they involve third parties.

Loot at the Amazon S3 cloud. http://aws.amazon.com/s3/pricing/
It is extremely cheap. Get the Firefox plugin: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/amazon-s3-organizers...
For a drag and drop.
Then create a download button linking to the file...

i also suggest minus.com

I thought the Ning file manager was only for NCs to back up site content. Will take a look at it again.
