Is there anyone can help me integrate MediaWiki on my network?

Hi NCs,

I am running an aquaculture community in Vietnam and I want to build an "Vietnamese aquaculture wiki" for my network. I found MediaWiki (a free software source) and it can help me to do that, but I do not know how to completely integrate it (as an app.) into my network. 

Anyone in the community can help me? I greatly appreciate and will pay for this!

PS: I hope Ning will build Wiki as an extension or app. by other 3th party.
