A member just alerted me to a problem she's having when she tries to edit her photo albums.
In Chrome, when you go in to edit an album, your photos never appear in the left side. There's nothing to drag and drop into your album. It's the same with a new album or an existing one.
I used an older version of Firefox (not 7) and it works fine. She is using Safari, but says it won't work in IE either. So, this is a browser issue.
Anything we can do?

Hi Diane,
(Congrats again on Super-stardom!)
I've checked a bunch of different browsers and here is what works and doesn't work:
CHROME:
Three versions from 'stable' to Canary
Doesn't work: Sub-tabs on main page do not show.
Options drop-down menu in photo album doesn't show. Can't even get to edit to check that. Text editor tabs do not show.
Multiple refreshes and "hard refresh" don't help.
IE7: Everything works
IE8: All the same problems as Chrome (Same attempts to remedy)
IE9 and IE9 compatibility view: Everything works
Firefox: All versions work-FF7 through Nightly 10
Opera and Opera Next: Everything works
Safari: Works
Hope this helps delineate the problem for Ning Techies.

I don't think the browsers are at fault here. In other words, they haven't changed things in all versions (Chrome) or in one version (IE) to mess with our platform but it is likely something that Ning has done inadvertently in an attempt to be more compliant with those two browser platforms.

Well I'm going to have to eat my words and apologize to Ning. I've had issues before with some java script being blocked in all browsers for my network by my school network. It got straightened out ...but now it's back ...in only Chrome and IE8 as outlined above, while the script works in every other browser! How they managed to do that I'm not sure!
When I tether my netbook to my Nokia phone the script works everywhere (except Chrome still doesn't load the Wibiya bar and the Earn Mojo tab and hasn't for a long time in the stable release but does in Canary-go figure!~).. So it appears I jumped to an unwarranted conclusion.
...So the cause of your members glitch lies somewhere else. ...their internet connection? ...recent changes in their computer?
EDIT: In addition it blocks the slider that is top center, but I think this is only what I see-or don't see. So until I can get it straightened out I can just use another browser ...I've got plenty!

I don't have any of the issues you state with Chrome. I am able to see all of my subtabs. I have the Options drop down menu in photo album, too.
I don't use Internet Explorer, so I can't vouch for anything on that browser.
This member IS using Safari and she says it doesn't work. Doesn't work in anything but Firefox.
(thanks for the congrats!)
