It's The Friday 500 Once again

500 errors obtaining the network (yes, it's a 2.0) and now members are reporting 500 errors when posting in Forums and comments.  Yes, I filed a ticket #1853485 but I pray they don't leave us "down" for the weekend as they have in the past.  Anyone else?

  • Same here Kos. It seems to be a never ending battle.

  • I'm glad the ticket went thru b/c now emails won't go through either.  Grrrrrr!

  • I filed a ticket yesterday. My members comments to blogs are not posting, new blog entries are a problem as well, member to member messages...  its a mess... again. My site is blog focused and this means for all intents & purposes the site is useless to my members.

    I feel as though my loyalty  to this platform through all its ups & downs has been a mistake.

  • Its been 2 days for my site, 500 errors, things not loading, can't post messages on members pages right and on & on.... Grrrr!!

  • Heck, we can't even switch pages on our site now. When will this crap end and get working sites back again on a permanent basis?

    It just seems to get worse as time goes on.

  • I just received a response that my site was "checked on the back end" and no problems were noted, so the problems must be "browser related".  That is a truly lame excuse when multiple users using a variety of browsers report the same things. 

    • That's the same lame excuse we got from them. Customer service sure is a great thing isn't it when it doesn't exist.

      When the problem is ning wide, I don't see where it can be a browser problem.

      Generic answers don't cut it anymore. It's been going on for too long.
