Job Board and Ning

The time has come for my site where we need to have a job board that will help manage the jobs we are posting.  I'm looking for exemplar Ning sites that currently have job boards in place.  We are hoping to create a way for employers to pay a minimal fee for the year and allow them to post the job.

I don't have a job board in the traditional sense, but I do have a "classifieds" group (it would be simple to charge for a yearly membership, as this is integrated with Ning's paywall system). The "jobs" I currently have posted can be found here.

I use "tags" to organize everything (IE by location, by salary/hourly/volunteer etc) and of course I can upload files, add photos, etc.

I Iframed my own job board from Simplyhired into a page for public listings (hide the page info) and a group for private / network only listings.

I like Simplyhired because:

• It doesn't cost you anything upfront.
• You can back fill other jobs that other people post until you get enough members posting (so there is some actual activity at first).
• ....( and may favorite thing) is that I add the job boards rss feed directly to my latest activity module. Any new postings are thrown right in. Nice & easy :)

My network is private, but you can see how Jen made hers here, and here's a tip I made that may come in handy for you if you go that route as well.
