Limiting Video Uploads to One Video a Day

As a creator, in the CONTENT control panel [http://[NETWORK NAME].ning.com/main/content/controls], we have the ability to limit the number of photos a member can upload in a single day.  Why don't we have the same control with the number of videos they can upload?

I admin a machinima website where we have a one-video-per-day rule.  Sadly, we have many members who ignore this rule and upload multiple videos per day, so we have to manually keep track of these to be sure that no one gets more than one exposure every 24-hours. [This may seem petty, but the purpose of the site is to solicit feedback and if someone uploads 20 videos in one day, they won't get much feedback and it will discourage others from sharing.]  Yes, we could delete the extra videos and force people to reload their content, but that creates a different kind of chilling effect and would go against our culture of fraternity.

A better way would be for NING to offer the same tools to manage videos they do to manage photos.

I would love a restriction for the embedded videos to. I want members to be selective and not yust add every video they can find..  So a restriction would work out wonders..

I am an admin to a Machinima network too and I am in desperate need of this. Too many members are uploading so quick that everyone else is getting buried. I've searched the Creators Discussion and haven't found much in answers either. Hopefully my reply has bumped this thread and we may have some kind of resolution.
