I am a Plus Member and just called Ning Tech Support a few hours ago about an issue and at the same time asked if there is a way to change those links "Comment" and "Give a Gift" on the page where all our network members are shown either in alphabetical order, on the order they registered or at random. Out of all the default links, why these two? I want to be able to link to their own websites or contact them or just delete these 2 links as I was told there is not other possibility at this time.

Can anyone advise?

Seems to me that Ning needs to recognize that the majority of us want to have professional looking sites; Am I correct? Many of these choices are things we might have found back in the old days of My Space and other teen oriented social sites- For instance, the Media Player could be something like "Audio" or anything other than "My Music" or "My Songs", whatever it says right now (I was able to change most of that on my network).

Hi Robert,

If you just want to remove or hide these links on your site then try this CSS code in your Design Studio:

.members_list .member_item_detail ul li { display:none !important; }

Hope that helps.

Thanks Ron, I can hide them- No way to change them, correct? Sometimes I get an answer from tech support that says one thing then a message from a member like yourself has a solution...

You're welcome Robert. Yes, no way to change them for now.
