LinkWithin - Related blog posts with thumbnails

Does anyone know if it's possible to use LinkWithin so that related posts show up at the bottom of every blog post?  Where would you put the code?

I think it will definitely drive up pageviews if we could put this on our site.

you can accomplish this by placing the Linkedwithin script into your custom code and then also add this to custom code
