very nice niche! I like the color scheme it matches great with your content and I even learned something new while I was there! (10pm bedtime club, every 2 hours of sleep before midnight thing lol pretty cool facts!) also, the photos of the children eating healthy is a great way to entice adults who are health conscious to join and post pics of their kids eating healthy! I like what you have going here. Keep up the good work!

Yes, sleep is a powerful healer!  Hope you will visit again. :-)

love the colours and the look. its a very clean and informative cover page, hard to find fault with it... but of course as a smarty-pants i do have one suggestion.

I do not know how new your site is, but it did stand out for me that all the blog content was from one author - you. When i looked deeper I noticed that it wasnt 'really' all you, that you had guest bloggers etc.

I think one way to avoid having it look like all posts come from one member, and thus giving the impression of a not so active site is to set yourself up a member account with a different name.

For example - start an account under "The Staff @ Heal Thyself" or something like that. this way blogs posted will be in the front page feed as: Title of Blog Posted by The Staff @ Heal Thyself

If you use guest bloggers (which is really a great way to get traffic) you could also set up an account called 'A Guest Blogger' and place those blogs under that account.
then for example your current 'Saving Money On Food' post would show on the front page as : "Saving Money On Food Posted by A Guest Blogger"

I think it would be a good way to give your site a sense of depth of activity right out front.

it looks really great though. good luck!

Thank you for the suggestions of increasing depth of contributors. And making that viewable.
