I have almost 2000 members, and I periodically back up the .csv file of member data. Tonight the downloaded file only contains data for 196 members. Downloaded it twice- same thing. And it's only 86 kb rather than 804 kb like the old one.
To be honest, the best way to get to the bottom of this is to submit a ticket from your dashboard. Just choose the Support link and Contact Support.
I downloaded the member date file again today to see if the problem has 'fixed itself' and it's now working properly and contains all 2007 members.
I find that often if I just wait a day or two- many NING 'issues' get fixed without my having to do anything myself.
I suspect it's because others might have the same problem and then ning fixes it across the board... or something!
