Hey, Lori. I believe we record the last time they signed in. It may be that they haven't signed in since we added this data to the export. Hope that helps answer it.
Helps greatly...if I understand correctly the blank data is members who haven't signed in recently...and especially since you added this feature last year.
That's correct, Lori.
How do you export member data to Excel?
Ahhh.... never mind. Just found the answer here.
Andrea, if you have Excel on your computer... the member data file is a .csv file, and when you click on it it should open in Excel. It does for me. It's not really 'exporting' the info to excel, it's just opening the info in excel, and from there I imagine you can probably save it specifically as an excel file too if you like. I don't bother since excel opens the .csv file just fine.
If your member data .csv file does not automatically open in excel, try right/option clicking on the .csv file and telling it to open using Excel. You might have to browse to your excel .exe file when doing this, directing it to open .csv files with excel.
If you are unable to do this, tell us the details of what you are doing and what happens or any error messages you get. Tell us if you are Mac or Win, and what OS you are on and what version Excel you have...
Hope this helps, I am no expert but it works for me. :)
Thank you. I just got the CSV fie and did, as you have instructed have to do the right option to open in Excel. Whew!
This is great. Exactly the info I needed (and even a little bit more).
This is going to be very helpful.
Oh, I'm glad I was able to help out! :)
