Member Information Spreadsheet File
It's been a while since I've needed this so I dont know what the current process is......used to be we could download a spreadsheet file that contained all of the data of our members. Then we had to specifically request the file to be emailed to us. How do I go about getting this file now?

Hi Maxx,
I wonder if you are referring to the Member Data CSV file? You can get that by clicking a link at the very bottom on your Member Management page, at http://jqueryhelp.ning.com/main/membership/listMembers for me or http://www.mycoachbook.com/main/membership/listMembers for you.
I don't know if that is what you are asking for, but I thought I'd give it a shot. :-)

You should be able to download the file as TJ indicates. If it doesn't show up for some reason, we can check and make sure it is working as it should.
