I have a Member who is having trouble signing in - It says her password is not correct - but it won't allow her to change it - she would like to sign up again as a new member but the site tells her she already is signed up - how do I help her from my end - I don't have anyway of reading her personal information to see her password?

Does the sign in process not allow the user to send a password reminder to the email account that she signed up with? Probably the system won't allow your member to sign up as a new user with the same email address she used before. She could rejoin with a different email? I'm sure you've already thought of that simple option to delete her and then get her to rejoin - but by deleting her will she then lose everything that she has posted?
