I got up and posted my board as usual this morning 4am, just to come back in at 11AM and find most of the things I'd done missing. One new discussion I'd started and the member replied to, was found on a search of the game number but your system apologized for not being able to find it.
Some of the groups posted (reopened) and already replied to have been show up on the last page of the forum when sorted on most recent posts. Entries I made (and changed the top discussion box on, now only show the discussion box as changed but the reply is missing. Virtually 4 hours of work done this morning just gone and I have to do it all again!
I'd say you have a major problem going on with your databases!
No problems with our databases that I'm aware of. Have you contacted our support team? We can assign someone to investigate.
Not yet, wanted to see if anyone else reported the problem, Eric. First I need to recoup everything I lost this morning so my players can continue uninterrupted, then I'll take the time to send a ticket. If I have a forum sorted on latest activity and this mornings posts are on the last page of that sort. . . you do have a database problem.
If you could include that in your ticket, that would be great. They will check it out much more fully than I can.
Will send the link for this page, but it's Friday so I won't get an answer until after I've posted my site again (for 3 days) or Monday morning. Do you have a suggestion on how I should handle disappearing posts and unsorted data for the next 3 days?

The problem is not going away! This shot was taken at a quarter to 7 today. I re-opened and replied to the game piece and it is still sorting to the rear of the forum. If I cannot bring the pieces forward to the front page...nobody will see them or be able to play.
I received the acknowledgement response to the ticket posted above but this is going to continue for the entire weekend.
Do you intend to reimburse me for the 4 days I was unable to post my site????

Very soon passed into oblivion last Friday. I have not yet had a real response to the ticket I sent either. Just the automated reply.
