l have been trying to pay my payment and it won't let me. I do have funds in there to cover the yearly payment. And l just can not get nothing on those page to submit or send. It keeps saying the payment failed. And l try to submit a ticket and it won't even let me do that.
I called today, BUT it is Saturday. So l will try again Monday but l can not get no ticket number today so this is why l am posting today.
Is any one else having trouble trying to submit a ticket number?
And are you having problems with submitting payments, even knowing that you have the funds to cover it?
Is There a glitch in the billing and payment area of NIng???

I try submitting a ticket and it wont send, when l click on send.
I tries to change my payment to another and it won't let me do that.
I have the funds in pay-pal and it still won't go through and l keep getting payment failed. So no matter how many times l try to pay, it won't let me. l try changing default and it won't let me.

We have troubleshooting tips for billing matters here. I'm not really able to handle billing-related inquiries here on Creators because it is a public space and billing inquiries almost always involve the sharing of personal information.
I spend a hour or more in the troubleshooting about billing and making payments.
I have where my account name is in the name of Star-Dust. But my pay-pal is in my real name, will this be the problem?

pay pal said you have in your billing agreements that you will not except pay pal, the reason my pal pay payment is not getting to you is because you are refusing the payment throught this method. So this is my default payment and l want to use this as a way to pay for your service. Can you please help me get this fixed,
l do have the funds there and pay pal and my pay pal buyers credit both told me all week that this is with you not excepting this way of payment.
You can't use PayPal for recurring subscriptions, Star-Dust, unless you link a credit card to your PayPal account. This is a PayPal rule.

There was a credit card link to pay pal. l did talk to billing team on the phone this morning.
l called pay pal and they told me that the problem is with Ning and l have set pay pal as my default payment. Still it is not working. I was told l had the funds to pay for the Ning website. So every time l click make payment it says payment failed.
