1. Leaving members to provide reason for exit. (to improve site support).

When member leaves the network to add function, where he will state his reason for exit.

2. automatic member support (based on keywords)

members often mailing such and such : how to add picture, how to change name, etc would be good if ning could generate them the answers, based on the questions

(so we have less work to do)

Thats not a forced attribute of these members to tell us..some have many reasons..if only change of mind or losing net ..you cannot have this kind of control over people..and if other members find out..they might not like your policy of that site..if one leaves ..another will come..just do everything you can for your site as you set it up for..

will have to get use to folks coming and going just happens..;)

i wanna know why they are leaving , im professional marketer, the option to ask them for reason could be very simple to add and it helps in general, then why not

the option is there for them to leave message but are many who will not just because they feel they simply dont have to explain..just trust yourself in what you offer and keep going..I know you seek for answer to improve your performance..but sometimes merely has nothing to do with that..some of my members leave message some dont..to make them feel obligated wouldnt be wise..

you can start a discussion under site news..as a suggestion box type ..ask the members what they think or would they feel would be needed improvements..

but the option to leave message is allready there and i do not care to be a forced issue on my site..we dont work that way..i guess some do..and we all know about facebook dont we.

To NING:::do not want enforced messages to be stuck on my site if is to be one I want option for it to be on or off..
