When member leaves the network to add function, where he will state his reason for exit.

Ive had about 975 members leave over 2 years and maybe 50 left me a reason. Out of those 50 reasons, not one of them was of any use to me for the purpose of member retention strategies. I still have 42,566 members and growing everyday. My philosophy is to focus on what I'm doing right and not dwell on what the '1 in 43' doesn't like. You simply can't please everybody.
