My website is still down in China

My website: www.unscuba.com

It has been down since Jan 31, and I can't access it with normal internet.

I submitted a ticket when I logined in it with a proxy, but I only received an auto-reply email.

Up to now, my website is still down. Please help me, thanks.

aren't alot of websites blocked in China? it's apparently either that or an issue with Internet "Exploder"

i seriously doubt anyone could, or would want to, bypass a government block on your site. That said, it's not down, so there is nothing for Ning to fix on their end.
