My network is going all wonky in Chrome...it seems find in Explorer..

Any ideas why it would all of a sudden go all crazy?

You know what Glam Social is?

yes

they partnered up quite a while ago--this last fiasco is about 3 to 4 weeks old

While that is true, you are assuming that no changes with Ning have happened until now. Ning is always making changes and really for the good of us yet maybe just maybe the recent changes and updates put the server over the edge.

I started get get Google Chrome issues on even place like CNN.COM and Atlantic.com so i reinstalled Google Chrome to solve the loading and other issues.  Slowness of loading seems to have been fixed.

Good for you doone, but I don't have the time to deal with reinstalls or answering the questions for subscribers about how to do them.  The problem is a real issue that the people we are paying, need to fix.  We can tell from the constant need to remove the browsing history on several browsers that it will be a recurring issue.  I have discovered another small issue (that I'll ticket next week when they get back) about the "mark as unread" feature in PM's  It no longer works.

oopsie---now a member comment makes sense!!!

many of us have reloaded Chrome-ever hopeful---did nothing

Yes, Chrome is rather flaky these days, but there are issues with Ning happening with other browsers as well, like this weird Advanced panel problem.
