new chat styling

1st off

rounded chat bar corners i cant figure out why only 1 side rounded but ..its kinda a cool look like that anyway :)

some simple subtle styling with light hover effects

(note to ning..theres no way to style inactive tabs only active tabs)

Thank you!  That [below] works great.  o/c the tradeoff is there is less room to view posts but members will have to scroll up or be encouraged to pop out the chat box and *stretch* it taller...............well worth it if you ask me.  Everyone loves the new design tweaks you've shared with us above.  You're a lifesaver.
