Hello,
I have a friend of mine who tried several times to sign up to my network; however could not because she never received the verification email from Ning.
I tried to sign up using this email address: info@haitiansunitedforhaiti.org jut as a test to see what the problem is; however I never received the email verification from Ning to verify the email address. I click on the option to have the email resent to me; however have not received it. How long does it take to receive this verification email from Ning? I tried to set up that test account since 6:00 this morning!! Please let me know if I have to create a ticket for this. You guys need to find out what the problem is and fix the sign in/sign up issues once a for all.
Please reply to me as soon as possible.

It's the weekend, an a Sunday at that. If you get a response from one of the team, you can count yourself fortunate.
You may want to read this announcement from Ning that will explain what's going on.

Whatever it is that they are working on is taking too long and should not stop us in anyway from registering new accounts(members). I know they have a bunch of excuses they will come up with; however that does not make it ok.

Permalink Reply by Spring Fricks on December 6, 2010 at 10:24am I'm having similar issues. My network stopped letting members sign in and new member applications aren't being processed. I also cannot get into my dashboard. The only response from Ning has been to tell me that the members that have been members for several years must have all of a sudden forgotten which email they used for signing in. Now Ning has went silent.
Network has been down since Friday.
Growing frustrated.

I am so sorry to hear that you are having this problem too. It is very unfortunate that we can not get real answers from Ning. I am very upset so I do not want to say more. Why is your network down though?
