New Network Details won't save!

Trying to add favcon and new tagline on the Network Details page but once I hit the Save button after adding new details, my network reverts to old details I am trying to remove. Would really appreciate your help NCs. Thanks

Hey, Cornelius. Sorry you're having trouble. Can you point me to your network? You don't see any error messages or anything?

Thanks Eric. No error messages at all. It's as if the save button is unresponsive and the page reverts to original details without saving the new ones.  Following a ticket with Shaun but haven't got to the bottom of it yet.

Can you share that ticket number with me? I'll also try to get to the bottom of it. One thing to try if you haven't already is a different browser. One other thing that may not matter, but if you could try it that would be great: Hold down the shift key while reloading that page. Sometimes an error like this can be related to a problem with the cached Javascript in your browser. Probably not, but worth a shot.
