New Ning Mobile Interface: Now in Ning Labs

We've been working hard on a brand-new version of your Ning Network's mobile interface. We're happy to say that we're now at a point where we are ready to put this in the Ning Labs section of your dashboard. You can turn it on and off if you want to try it out from there.

We still have some more work to do on this, and we'll keep posting in the Ning Beta Group as we make regular updates.

Are you supposed to be able to upload a logo? If so, what dimensions? I''ve tried but I've been getting an error.

I just turned it on and love it!  Soooo much easier to upload a pic from you phone.

I do fear that the menu in the upper left (To view other pages) will go unnoticed.

I also like that if you do go to the main site from the mobile, there is a link on the bottom of the page to get back.

great job massive improvement but backward compability for links is not working for my site with the old urls e.g 

http://www.9jabook.com/m/forum  page not found errors is this a bug or the way forward ... as we used the old */m urls a lot

Why?

The Ning Mobile Interface is ad free.

My Mobile App is Google Adsense supported and it generates revenue.

i dont own a cell to test it at all  so i got 2 questions  can they join through the mobile interface and if they can and encounter the paywall the old mobile even tho i set it up as a donation said my site is a paid site making it sound mandatory and probly turning away members. so if you can test mine and confirm that it  makes it clear its a optional suggested donation id appreciate it

i just love this, but i have heard from my members that it take long time to open it on the mobile, as at the first go it open the complete page and then it re-direct to the mobile page.

im lil confused about something i just ran a sitemap crawl of just the mobile sitemap i think i set the exclusions pretty much right however the mov]bile sitemap has 4965 urls only

i have 43,000 photos

7925 memn=bers

thousands of blogs and discussions

so whats not being crawled and why

heres the robots.txt that was generated from the exclusion list
