Ning basic problem.
I've designed Ning websites, but never had such issues with small functions.
Using the "Magazine" Theme and selecting a 3 column layout, I received 2 column with one being empty.
Searched in help to find the same problem with reply advice to go to "Features Layout" and place content in 3rd empty column for it to show up. Followed advice to discover, I don't have any flexibility to move any features and the list of features to choose from isn't there either.
Is this now common problems using Ning? Any advice is appreciated, since it takes days to receive help from Support tickets.

Hey There! I seem to be able to choose that theme and a 3-column layout and drag new features into my layout. Hope I'm not misunderstanding you, but here's what I see:
