Does anyone know how to go about changing the text and background color of the popup box in Design Studio? As you can see from the preview the rest of my theme is a dark color, but then when you click an icon in a text box, for example, to upload a new photo, you get this horrible, I don't even know what color as the background color for this box and the text is white. I want to make the box black and the text another color.
Give this a try
Copy and paste this into Advanced CSS
Thank you! it worked perfectly like a charm. Very much appreciate :-) one more question, would you know how to change the text color? I tried, color: (white) and I tried color: #ffff etc and I even tried text-color. But the text color wont change.
Thanks for the help so glad that scary green is gone!
Hi Mystic Angel,
For the text color change, you can follow my discussion and reply with Deckard's post here:
Yes...this discussion will help you to change text color.
Hey Mystic Angel,
I solved the same problem on my network through the modules section of the Design Studio. I seem to remember the problem was that I had my module background (i think the overall module background) set as transparent. I assume because the popup boxes can't be set to transparent, the default theme colour kicks in. All I did was set the module background to the same colour as my overall site background (black) and the problem was solved.
Looks like Bernard's solution worked though and I'd go with him over me any day.
Hmmm all the boxes changed and are working perfectly but I just noticed recently, I can't see anything in the "Like" box, members who loved this etc...see below, I see the code names of the box in inspect element but don't know how to code it to make the member who loved it show up.
looks like a background/text colour clash. I get this quite a lot but find that if you play around with lightening the text colour just a little bit, it tends to solve the problem.
