Initially I thought it was "me"..but have been all over the net, flipped back and forth and the only site that absolutely drags is Ning-----started this morning..and "oh" just tried to ADD a discussion and got this the first 2 times

Same here, was just about to create a discussion titled: "500: UNEXPECTED ERROR" Every other time I access a Ning site, including Creators.ning.com, I receive an ERROR. I hope Ning sees this discussion.

All three of my NING sites are affected the same. I also notice in the Dashboard that the section where it shows NING's latest announcements to the NC, continues to try and load - it will not display.
