I seem to have lost access to my network. I am logged in but unable to view any pages or access the dashboard.

www.funkyenglish.com

I get this link - We're sorry, we are having an issue with this page. Follow this link to the main page. - where all my pages should be. I'm still able to see my front page though. I'm unable to raise a ticket because I can't access the dashboard.

It's back now. Not sure what happened but it was pretty worrying for a time.

Glad to hear this is working fine for you now, Jamie.

There is still a bug I'm afraid Eric. A few members just before the site crashed this afternoon but now they don't have a profile page and don't appear in the members list. I'm having a chat with them in the chat room now. What can I do to get their profile pages back?

I'm worried that there is something out of sync with my website.

You'll want to contact our support team so they can investigate fully. I can't really troubleshoot this, partly because it would be hard without any kind of identifying information like an email address of the member or their profile page URL. (That will probably be private information that's probably not suited for a public forum).

They say they don't have a profile page; what happens when they click on the MyPage link?

OK, I'll raise a ticket. If I click the profile page link in the chat room I'm sent to a page not found link.

I just tried it and was able to reach profile pages without any problems. Can you try this: Hold down the shift key while reloading the page. Sometimes an error like this can be related to a problem with the cached Javascript in your browser. I wonder if you are seeing cached pages.

I've tried that. I can see all my members fine except for 6 or 7 that joined just before I crashed. Here is one member - http://www.funkyenglish.com/profile/CyriousDennis

I just chatted with him in the chat room - but he does not exist on my website (no profile page, not in the member list). I remember he joined earlier today.
