Ning Shared to FB Content and how the "via Ning Network" link works at the bottom of the FB status update

I already have a personal FB page. 
I just created a new Conscious Community-Reno FB fan page at:
http://www.facebook.com/?sk=lf#!/pages/Conscious-Community-Reno/162387837153196?sk=wall

I already have a Ning FB App.

Question---I pushed this blog post from the new CCReno Ning site to my FB Fan page and Personal pages.  When you click on the via Conscious Community--Reno (in Red) ---in a recent post to the status update--- it goes to my Ning FB App.  How do I get that link to go to my FB fan page instead of my Ning FB App?
