I didn't receive email for 9 hours. Did you?
I did some tests: the emails I send are not arriving. Emails are delayed in their routing I guess.

Yes I did, I actually didn't even have the members verification set, but I did disable the beta about an hour ago as well. It is taking it a while to catch up, but so far 4 emails that I had done this morning (to test) have come through, just no backlog yet.

Permalink Reply by Writer Chick {Diane} on May 23, 2012 at 3:20pm This has been the worst time for this to happen. I've had 200 new members join this weekend; sent out my group invites; sent out a special broadcast message, and I have no idea if anyone is getting any of them. I'm not receiving notifications of when I get personal messages, even though I have the box checked.
I'm also not receiving my CSV member file I exported 8 hours ago!
Permalink Reply by Mayra on May 23, 2012 at 3:48pm Hi Diane,
The member data export may be freezing up if you have a lot of members, or the email may end up in a spam folder. Not to worry---you can still download this file directly. Here's how:
You can access the most recently exported member list by going to http://yournetwork.ning.com/main/membership/downloadMemberData (replacing yournetwork.ning.com with your network’s domain).

Permalink Reply by Writer Chick {Diane} on May 24, 2012 at 3:38pm I only have 1600 members. It's never froze on me before. Also, I check my spam folders regularly, just like my regular mail. It never showed up there either. I DID use the link you provided and was able to directly download my member list. Thank you.
Permalink Reply by C Yu on May 23, 2012 at 5:41pm #00680000 I have this issue since mid April.
Some group messages are okay, but I am not getting my daily digest and users are not getting their password reset emails therefore are not coming back to my network.
Ning replied and asked me to check the server spam filters, which I can align with them and "blame" hotmail, yahoo, gmail etc. However, it is hard to explain why group notifications were received when password resets aren't.
Hope this get resolved soon.
Permalink Reply by Jackie Sic on May 23, 2012 at 7:04pm I sent an issue ticket about 3 hours ago. I attempted to send a message broadcast 2x today in late afternoon (preview copy) and it was never received. Ticket: ref:_00D80cCLt._50040Jqk1M
Permalink Reply by Joel Haspel on May 23, 2012 at 7:27pm Our message broadcasts (and previews) also not working. Submitted ticket #00712721. We have some pretty critical announcements that need to get out ASAP.
