No Response on Ticket. Maybe NCs Can Help

Yes, I filed a ticket #795593 on 9/19 and have had zero response from Ning.  Maybe one of you NCs will have insight into the problem but I fear this data may be lost forever.  They are both forums.

I've been informed that these two URLs are giving back a "fatal error" but they're super important to me. Something must have happened when my 2.0 migrated. Please advise.......I need them back.

Here is the error message:
Fatal error: Call to a member function getAuthorBio() on a non-object in /apps/bedazzlemain/lib/components/bundle/controllers/EntryController.php on line 186

    Can't access them but it's something to do with author bios on articles - maybe turn those off on the articles instance (not sure if this affects author bios that are already in place?) and see if that resolves it.

    • Author bios are only for blogs and these are forums but I checked my blog area and yes, they're off.  Good idea though.  I have no clue what would trigger the fatal error.  I created one of the forums and the other is a buddy of mine.  Neither of us have cancelled our site membership.  It's a quandry.

  • Kos, Ning's home page claims email support response within 24 hours on all 3.0 plans:

    This is now five days- clearly a breach of their clearly stated product claims. That's false advertising. Are you able to phone Ning support?

    • Nope.   They're probably pissed at me b/c I threatened legal action since I can't export my data.  lol

      • I thought you migrated back again to 2.0 ?  Are you now on 3.0 only?

        • That was another website.

  • Maybe the *are* watching the forums.  Just received a response that they will escalate this to an engineer.  Still smh

      I put in an archive problem ticket several days ago, and I did get a 24hr response...and am currently being helped- they are working with me on the problem and contacting me with questions.  I'm satisfied so far that they are actively trying to solve the issue I'm having.
