It's happening at my sites using all major web browsers. Anyone else having this problem?

freezing on me and members ..takes a sec to catch up..i have explained here how we all know the routine on deleting temp files and cookies and recommended browsers..but has been doing this for few days..so any help would apreciate..dont take long for members get agrovated and say forget it im going to facebook..lol
