Number of members online no longer showing at the bottom of chat...

It's happening at my sites using all major web browsers. Anyone else having this problem?

I've suggested something similar, but we still haven't utilized that space. Agree that would be a logical spot for it.

Patrick asked me to post a screen shot of what was happening with my chat room. Here it is. As you can see, people are talking in chat, but I'm the only one showing.

I do not have a time for when this will be fixed, David. But, I will share any developments I hear about as soon as I hear them.

All,

We have just released a fix that we are confident will fix the issue that stopped the number of members being displayed.

We think it will also fix the inaccurate count issue, but we could not reproduce it in our test environment. So I'll be keeping an eye out for that.

It is correctly displaying all the members of the chat room? Did it consistently not show them before?

YES!! All is good! I'm now showing 18 online which is about normal for this time of night. Yes, it consistently didn't show them (while this bug was loose). Before the bug, I had no problem.
