Our Network accepted into Google News, How do I Create a Google News sitemap for our network?
The instruction below but I'm not sure how to go about step 2....Any help
Before you submit your Google News Sitemap, please check the following:
- Check if your site is included in Google News. If not, you can request inclusion.
- Create a News Sitemap and place it in the root location of your site.
Once you've listed your new articles in a Sitemap, follow the steps below to submit your Sitemap:
- Sign into Google Webmaster Tools.
- Click Add a site, and type the URL of the site you want to add to your account.
- Click Continue. The Site verification page will open.
- Select the verification method you want. Once you've applied one of the verification methods to your website, click Verify.
- Once you've applied one of the verification methods to your website, click Verify.
- Once verified, go to your Dashboard page.
- Under Site configuration, click Sitemaps in the left navigation bar.
- In the Sitemaps section, click Submit a Sitemap.
- In the text box, complete the path to your Sitemap.
- Click Submit Sitemap.

We found out a way to have our news included into Google News...Google News site map is not the same as a regular sitemap, their is figuration that must be implemented.

I was curious to know how you resolved this issue as I'm currently looking for a solution myself.

nevermind, i found another post where you spoke of the 3 digit solution. I also like your profile page on your site. You ABSOLUTELY made my day with Dr. Evil tracks. Jamaica & no std were my favorite songs back in the day, before that ipod broke. Now i have to get them again. I've listened to all 17 tracks on your playlist having flashbacks of my trip to Jamaica. oh and this would make more sense if i was actually in my profile pic lol
