Over 500 Server error everyday

These days it seems I'm spending more time fixing things on our network than anything else. For a while now I'm getting these page not found and server error from Google Webmaster. 542 server error, and and almost 9,000 page not fund. We arent deleting any files, or members deleting any content.

I think I need my owner server and scrip management.

thereare a few  yes i ind they are often bad urls being used  i have never tracked them down nor has any men-mvber reported seeing any

theres 1 or 2 that are comments that come up as code then theres a few sorry page not founds

but your talking in millions of pages and maybe tens of millions of links theres buound to be some

i will have a log of all mine from my sitemap crawl in a few days for an example

but i have a feeling if u go with your own  script and install it yoir going to b spending alot in extra tech support  tracking down these meanningless errors that dont affect anything anyway

They maybe meaningless, but I'm sure Google won't rank a site high with 500 server error, and 9,000 page not found. Google looking for quality website that have the pages that actually ranking in search engine or sent to the search engine.

Below is the email I received from Google Webmaster...

"Google detected a significant increase in the number of URLs we could not access. It is likely that your server had an internal error or was busy when attempting to process these requests."

remember there were 3 unplanned maintenances

that explains that and umm yes they will

i have hundreds and maybe thousands of ranked 1 pages u wanna see my google errors holdon

thats had no effect on traffic or ranking but if it bugs u get InSite 3

that should track em down for ya

LOL..LOL..LOL..lol....68,000 page not found, 3,300 server error....LOL...LOL...That can't be normal.

for a site that large ot probably is

and like i said its had no egffect on traffic or ranking

will i  submit  my log? sure if it helps track down errors and fix em why not but  it has had no effect it certainly isnt worgh leaving for a 3rd party script that most likely will havde10 times more errors and cost 100 a month for extra support

how many of hese pages have you..as the admin and most likely 1 person that uses your site 100 times more then anyone..how many of these have you found by browsing and using your site? zeto?

Check your Google webmaster and let me know how much server error you have, and page not found.
