I've been trying for the past 11 days to make a payment to keep my site running. I have the funds, my payment info is accurate, it's not an issue with my bank (believe me I've spent countless hours on the phone and in my branch trying to resolve this), and still I'm getting "payment declined" emails. I've sent message after message to Ning and NO ONE will get back to me. I've also probably lost out on my opportunity to get a free month because of this.

 

I'm about to have almost 700 very pissed off members on my hands if this issue doesn't get resolved - members who have been DONATING MONEY to keep the site running.

 

If my site suddenly freezes or shuts down because someone can't take a minute to help me, then I'm going to look like a complete jerk, my accompanying sites will be jeopardized, and I'll look like a thief to boot.

 

I have the money. I want to pay. My payment method has NEVER been declined before. My bank says it's an issue with Ning because they have no record whatsoever of any decline codes or Ning even trying to receive payment.

 

I really don't know what else to do at this point. I'm scared to death I'm going to lose all my content and so much more if someone doesn't help me out soon.

 

If anyone here has any suggestions or if there is a phone number I can call to speak with a human, I'd greatly appreciate it. If I need to set up some other magical way of making a payment, then I need someone to speak with me one on one so I can facilitate this and get my year paid for already.

I definitely know how you feel. I have received money from our sponsor for the site and I don't know how I am going to explain it. I finally received a message concerning my tickets from Ning last night and it seems they are trying to work on it. Not quite resolved yet. Hopefully, I will receive another response back soon. I have faith that they won't shut down anything on networks that have help tickets. If I get any message on what else to do, I will surely let you know.
I'm having the exact same problem, and I am so scared of loosing my site. Have contacted help centre, no responce. I have 5 days.

If this is not resolved in 5 days, do we get an extension to work out this issue?
I have similar problem. I bought Ning Pro plan with yearly payment. Once decided, the plan is on, however, my Credit Card is not charged.

Then I found that Ning payment service incorrectly recognizes that my card is expired. So, I switched to PayPal and sent the ticket (#00302466) to Ning. Until now PayPal didn't charge me for this site (afer taht it charged me for other services without trouble).
I tried PayPal, didn't work for me either :/
