Your site header looks very cool!

There seems to be a lot going on on your main page.  Perhaps think about cleaning it up...maybe adding a "More" tab with links to what people don't  NEED to see on your main page.  My new site has not launched but something like this - http://talentfactory.ca/page/more

You almost have 500 members after 4 months...great start!

Would love to know how you made the permenant FB/Twitter/Youtube like buttons.

Thanks Barry I ended cleaning it up a little. I changed it back to the way it was at the very beginning. Your page is very vivid and nice! The permenant fb/twitter/youtube like buttons was done a ning developer that did the site not sure how it was done. Thanks for again for the feedback, I really appreciate it.

It looks way better already!  I had the same problem with having everything on the main page but people get confused easily so you really have to think of first impressions (less than 45 seconds).  I love the style and understand what your doing but had to search around to get the details ie. PBA every 3 months in Atlanta.  Most people won't search though... they'll just forget what they're doing there and go back to twitter or FB.

I'm actually in the process of making a motion graphics video (less than a grand for 2 mins) to explain what we do and placing that on a splash.  Once you join, you don't see the splash page again and you go into regular site.  Just a thought as it will be my best selling tool for corporate advertising and so people know what you are doing after a 1-2minute video without having to read (important). 

Anyways, I love your concept of helping artists find someone to get them to the next level and I'm a huge Hip Hop fan.  If you have any questions hit me up.

Nice layout. Lots of things on the front page. I am not a fan of automatic music playing in the background. The advert on the top is very big. But all in all very good website.
