Please help create a code embed box

Hi everyone!

I am in the process of creating a new gift system on our network and without much html knowledge, but with inspiration from everyone here, have made the table below for our members to gift images, audio and video to each other. I am now looking for a way to create a box with the code to this table, so members can grab it and paste on other member's walls or on other places on the web (just like they would grab the code of a Youtube video).

I have tried different codes I found on the internet but nothing has worked, maybe my understanding of how to use codes on a Ning page isn't the best.  I wonder if anyone knows of a way that works?

Here is the table I have created- how do I make a code grab box for it?

I've already created one... Can you send me the code so I can test it to make sure it works with the code I use for the box? Probably the easiest way is to create a .txt file to send to me.
