Removing Powered by Ning in the footer

But listen up closely Ning, If ever I am faced with this same breech in WHITELABELING I will not only close my account but... By every extent of the law... I will demand my subcription fees!

It's a STRONG deterrent for organizations, businesses, and individuals who wish to have a White-Label Solution. Unfortunately, my thoughts are that Ning will eventually charge to have this removed, unless it can be removed via css and custom code without violating Ning's TOS.
