Position of "start a new discussion" link on forum

Hi,

On Ning,the "show all" and "start a new discussion" links on the home page are right at the bottom of the displayed posts for the Forum section and the Blog Posts section.

 

Is there a way to have this displayed at the TOP of the list of posts? I think this would increase user participation on my Ning.

 

Same goes for the displayed Blog posts - the link to "show all" and "add a blog post" are at the bottom of the list, users have to scroll down through all the posts to find it.

I have added sub-tabs to make it easier for my members to post blogs, and upload photos and videos. Sub-tabs generally make navigating the site easier. I think start discussion and view all should also be linked at the top of the page in the groups as well.
