Hi. Hope someone can help me here. I specialise in building NING sites for clients. I have built about 12 so far and my clients love them - especially the low cost and the social media curation aspects of the sites.
Recently a very difficult client has kept complaining that once he has uploaded his images (he runs an auction house and uploads a set of auction images once a week) he cannot get the two windows used for transferring images (image window on the right and album window on the left) to line up side by side and the windows end up one on top of each other (?) and he cannot see the top window to drag the image into the album window..sounds kinda funny to me and I cannot get my computers to do this nor havei ever seen this happen..anyone any ideas?
Also he said that when he clicks and drags his image from the left hand picture window into the album window and lets go the mouse button - the image flies back to the original place where it was in the picture window. I have had this problem as well but find it's only if I try and move the images too fast - ie one after the other..but if I wait for 5 seconds between each image click and drag they go across just fine.
I suspect it is his computer (too old) and/or his line speed as he is in the county in the UK and probably only pulling 800 KBPS download and 300 KBPS upload. Anyone else have this problem and if so how did you get around it? Appreciate any help I can get on this one as I personally don't have this problem so cannot replicate it!
cheers
Graeme
