Problem with thumbnails from recent youtube videos... old problem come back?
Good afternoon...
Any videos submitted to my site that have recently been uploaded to youtube are not displaying their own thumbnail instead they show the default ning one.
I've searched the forum and google and it seems to be an issue that people have had before but was fixed back in Winter 2011.
Any ideas what's going on?. Is there a way to refresh, manually change the thumbnails and also why is it happening, can I advise users to upload a different way?
