Problems with my paid site
I have just created a paid site and some people do not want to use paypal....they want to use their credit cards and this doesn't seem to be working. When they put the information in it won't take it....help anyone?
One member shows active but she is unable to access the site now.....

It should work without requiring PayPal, Pamela. Are you able to contact us through your Support link so we can assign someone to take a close look and troubleshoot this for you?

The member kept trying and re-trying yesterday and seemed that she was finally accepted as active member but I never received notification in my paypal account of funds and now today she cannot access the site.
